Our 10-year and Lifetime* limited product warranties on workmanship and materials extend beyond the material and labor warranties offered by the contractor and manufacturer. The 2-year workmanship, siding, and gutter warranty performed by the contractor covers any defects according to the applicable manufacturers' installation instructions or accepted industry standards and practices.
*For the purposes of the lifetime limited product warranty, lifetime refers to the manufacturer-determined lifetime for the type of shingle installed, as described in the manufacturer's product specification as of the date initial installation is completed.

How does the 3C Network warranty work?
It's simple. Once your roofing repair work is complete and all outstanding payments are made, our member contractor will notify 3C Network to issue you a warranty certificate. To retain the benefit, customers have 90 days from the date work was completed on the property to complete the warranty registration. 3C Network will provide you confirmation of the registration. We recommend keeping this documentation for the lifetime of the warranty.
Can I transfer my warranty?
Yes, 3C Network permits the original warranty owner to transfer the warranty to their property buyer. The transfer must be registered and confirmed. Fees may apply. Need to transfer a warranty? Complete the form.
How do I file a warranty claim?
Customers with a valid warranty certificate may start a claim request using the contact us form. A 3C Network representative will review and arrange next steps to inspect and correct defective materials or workmanship in accordance with the warranty terms.
